ATAIH AFRICA

Terms and Conditions

Effective 29 September 2026

These terms explain how you may use the ATAIH Africa website and how we provide business support services. Please read them before placing an order or requesting a service.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

“ATAIH Africa”, “we” and “us” refer to the provider of the services offered through www.ataih.africa. These terms cover use of our website and orders for our services. A written quotation, proposal, service agreement or product-specific terms may set out additional terms for a particular engagement. If they conflict with these general terms, the more specific agreed terms apply to that engagement, subject to applicable law.

2. Enquiries, orders and acceptance

Sending an enquiry does not create a service agreement. Website listings and prices are invitations to place an order and may depend on the information you provide. Before you submit an online order, review the service description, total price and your details. We will confirm whether we can accept and perform the order. If we cannot provide an ordered service after payment, we will notify you and arrange a refund within 21 working days.

3. Prices and payment

The price, currency, applicable taxes, third-party charges and payment schedule for a service will be shown at checkout or in the quotation or invoice issued to you. Third-party charges are included only where expressly stated. We may require payment before work begins or at agreed milestones. Payments made through a payment provider are subject to that provider's secure payment process.

4. Your information and cooperation

You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information, keep it current, and respond to requests for clarification or approval on time. You confirm that you are authorised to submit information about any business or person on whose behalf you act. Delays or errors in the information supplied may affect delivery dates, costs and outcomes. We may pause work while essential information, approvals or payment remains outstanding.

5. Delivery and revisions

Any delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly agree to a firm deadline in writing. We will tell you about material delays. The scope, deliverables, number of revisions and any handover or access arrangements are those described in the agreed quotation, order or service agreement. Work outside that scope may require a separate quotation and your approval.

6. Third-party decisions and funding

Third parties make their own decisions and may change their requirements or timelines. We assist with agreed services, but cannot guarantee any third-party decision or outcome. Any advice or work product is based on available information and assumptions and does not guarantee commercial performance.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Contact Refunds@ataih.africa promptly if you wish to cancel or dispute an order. We will explain the work completed, any charges already paid to third parties, and the refund available under the agreed service terms and applicable law.

8. Website accounts and acceptable use

If you use an ATAIH Africa account or tool, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use the website to upload malicious code, interfere with its operation, access another person's information without permission, or submit unlawful or misleading material.

9. Privacy and intellectual property

We handle personal information in connection with enquiries, orders and services as described in our Privacy Policy, where available, and applicable law. You retain ownership of information and materials you provide to us through agreed channels. Unless an agreed service contract says otherwise, ATAIH Africa retains its pre-existing methods, templates, software and website content. Rights to a commissioned deliverable, including any usage restrictions, will be specified in the relevant quotation or agreement.

10. Website information and responsibility

We aim to keep website information accurate and the website available, but content may change and temporary interruptions may occur. General website content does not replace advice tailored to your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability limitation in a separate agreement applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please email info@ataih.africa with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can investigate and respond. These terms are governed by South African law for services supplied from South Africa, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in the customer's location. You may use any consumer complaint or dispute process available under applicable law.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless agreed or required by law. For questions, contact info@ataih.africa or use our contact page.
